Message from the Director

Dear Prospective Families,

Welcome to Bright Futures! My name is Olivia Calleja, and I am proud to be the director of this incredible early childhood education center. With 10 years of experience in early childhood education and 5 years leading our preschool, I have seen how our high-quality program has helped children develop fundamental skills in literacy, math, emotional development, and social skills.

At Bright Futures, we are more than just a daycare: we are a place where children are encouraged to explore, question, and grow. We offer structured learning, nutritious meals, and connections to community resources, all with the goal of fostering your child’s long-term success. One of the key strengths of our program is the use of the High Scope curriculum, a research-based approach that promotes active learning, independence, and critical thinking.

For new families joining our center, I would like you to know three things:

1. Your child will receive the support of caring, highly trained, and knowledgeable teachers.
2. We collaborate with families to ensure open communication and shared goals.
3. Our curriculum is carefully designed to adapt to each child’s needs and help them thrive.

I am especially proud of the sense of community the teachers and myself have built at Bright Futures, a place where all children are seen, heard, and celebrated. Our goal is to provide the best preschool experience for families, so they can leave with peace of mind knowing their child is receiving a good education and care. We are honored to be a part of these important early years and look forward to growing together.
