CDCLA- Nueva Maravilla

Dear Parents and guardians,

Hello, my name is Silvia Campos. I have been with CDCLA since 1998. At Nueva Maravilla, we provide a safe, learning environment for children to grow and develop. In addition to using the High Scope Curriculm, the children engage in various learning experiences that helps to develop the whole child as they grow from toddlers to preschools. Nueva Maravilla is a play- based educational center where children learn through playing.We have an open door policy and welcome parents to visit.

Since we have been in the East Los Angeles for almost 30 years, we have developed a repuation in the community for providing excellent educational services It always makes me so happy when parents come back years later to enroll another child. It means so much to me when former students come and enroll their own children in our program. This shows how happy families are with the services we provide.

Here in East LA, we have built a strong relationship with the local library. We love to take trips with the children to the library. We know that many families do not have an opportunity to take their children to the library. We like to provide this experience to the families at Nueva Maravilla.

Also, Nueva Maravilla is nationally accredited by NAEYC, which reflects our high standards of quality care and education.
